Officer responded and contacted both parties. Verbal dispute only. Male did not want female to leave as she was upset. Nothing criminal. Dec. 24 5:03 a.m. - Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 45. arrested on Linn County warrant for owing eight, days compensatory service. Long near 38th. Transported to Linn County Jail. l:28 p.m. Carrie Lynn Whitten. 27. cited and released by Linn County Sheriff's Office on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving while suspended, misdemeanor, Wal-Mart. Cited and released. 1:56 p.m. - Caller reports tires were slashed on two cars overnight, 1530 Tamarack St.. Mountain Shadows Trailer Park. 3:41 p.m. - Pamela Sue Pedigo, 62. cited for driving uninsured and failure to carry proof of insurance. 13th and Main. Vehicle impounded. 7:27 p.m. - Caller reported traveling behind a vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane of travel. Caller was concerned the driver may be intoxicated. While on the phone with police, the driver of the other vehMe ran a red light. Officer responded and conducted a traffic stop. No signs of intoxication. Driver was warned for failure to maintain lane and advised of traffic complaint. Dec. 23 6:46 p.m. - Christopher Allen Jurica. 14, cited for theft of mislaid property, 1728 Long St. 7:32 p.m. - Caller reported a vehicle in ditch near Highway 20 and Wiley Creek and that he believes the driver may have been intoxicated. An officer responded and contacted the driver, who thought there was a driveway and ended up in a ditch. No sign of impairment. 9:45 p.m. - Caller reported that two juveniles just ran out of the store with a case of beer and headed behind the building, 1540 Main St.. Safeway. Officer responded and was unable to locate any juveniles but planned to be on the lookout for them. 9:52 p.m. Willard Wayne Wood. 39. arrested on Albany warrant for failure to appear on original charge of trespass and failure to comply on original charge of menacing, 3224 Main St. Held for detox, cited and released. Caller reported that a tenant at the location said that his brother was just stabbed by another tenant in the park. Officer responded and determined that it was mutual combat between the two subjects. Neither subject knew how the puncture to Wood's leg occurred. Neither wished to pursue charges.
