someone stole a generator and
chainsaw worth $250, 48000 block
of Cascadia Drive. Report taken.
12:40 p.m. - Deputies located
a littering suspect, 43400 block of
Ames Creek. Stepparents of the
suspect had advised him to go throw
out the garbage since their can did
not get picked up last week and
was overflowing. The suspect took
them literally and threw the bags
of garbage out alongside the road
instead of taking them to the dump.
The parents and suspect went and
picked up all the garbage and advised
that this would not happen again. No
charges were filed.
2:28 p.m. - Timothy Ray
Reynolds, 5K arrested for disorderly
conduct and probation violation,
1201 15 th Ave. Transported to Linn
County Jail. Caller had reported two
males physically fighting with a large
group gathered around.
3:44 p.m. - Caller reported the
theft of a utility trailer, 41600 block
of McDowell Creek. Report taken.
5:04 p.m. - Caller reported a
Christmas decoration stolen from
her yard, 1600 block of i l 'h. Report
taken. Value was about $80.
8:51 p.m. - Terry Alan Lahodny,
48, cited for no license, Main and
Riggs Hill.
9:57 p.m. - Aaron Anthony
Womack, 38, arrested on Linn
County warrant for felon in
possession of a weapon, possession
of burglary tools and possession of
less than an ounce of marijuana and
state warrant for parole violation.
Also cited for possession of less than
an ounce of marijuana within 1,000
feet of a school and possession of a
scheduled IV controlled substance.
Gay Lynn Wagner, 42, arrested

warrant for a conditional release
violation on original charge of

the theft of property from a trailer,
including propane tanks, a tire and
spare batteries, 26300 block of Scott
Mountain. Report taken for theft of
about $292 in property.
7:48 p.m. - Caller reported
juveniles throwing eggs at cars,
40100 block of Mountain Home.
Deputy responded and contacted
juveniles, but none admitted to
throwing eggs.

9:33 a.m. - Caller reported the
theft of propane tanks and a vehicle
battery, 48200 block of Cascadia
Drive. Report taken.
Sweet Home man
The Sweet Home Police
Department is investigating a
shooting that occurred Friday
evening, resulting in the
hospitalization of a Sweet Home
mail.
Richard Allen Paulino, 57,
was reported in stable condition in
intensive care at Samaritan Regional
Medical Center in Corvallis as of
Saturday morning.
At about 5:31 p.m. on Friday,
the Sweet Home Police Department
responded to a report of a domestic
disturbance at 1536 Ninth Avenue.
While en route, officers were
advised that a firearm was involved,
and one person had been shot.
Officers assessed the scene and
entered the residence, said Sgt. Jeff
Lynn. Inside the residence, officers
located a male and female in the
living room. The male had a gunshot
wound to the head, and the female,
whose name was not released, was
attempting to apply pressure to the
wound.
Officers located and secured the
firearm that had been used to inflict
the wound, Lynn said.

After the house was cleared
and secured, Sweet Home medics
responded, Lynn said.
The female witness told police
that the gunshot wound was self-
inflicted, Lynn said. SHPD is
continuing an investigation into the
shooting.
