City Council re-appoints commissioners The Sweet Home City Council reappointed Dick Meyers and Michael E. Adams to four- year terms on the Planning Commission. Chairman Meyers has now served on the commission for 35 years, including 32 as chairman. Adams has been on the commission for four years. The council also reappointed Nancy Patton and Craig Lunde to two-year terms on the Traffic Safety Committee. In other business, the council held a public hearing to vacate a portion of Grape Street west of llth Avenue and held the first reading of the ordinance to vacate the undeveloped street.
