reported that a water pipe under his
sink had broken, and he could not
shut the Water off, 1800 block of
Kalmia. He requested assistance.

5:37 a.m. - Officer reported
water rising around and surrounding:
a residence, 1300 block of Quince.
Police notified Public Works, which
responded to the location.
6:16 a.m. - Caller reported
a vehicle in the ditch and no one
around, 25900 block of Brush
Creek. The vehicle had stolen plates
on it, reported from Sweet Home.
The vehicle was towed as a hazard.
It appeared that the driver was
attempting to turn around by using
the caller's driveway and missed
it, causing the front wheel drive
to become stuck. The rear of the
vehicle was still in the roadway, so
it was towed. Further investigation
is pending to locate the actual owner
of the vehicle.
7:06 a.m. - Caller reported
finding a water meter cover in the
roadway, Long Street between 18th
and Sweet Home High School.
Officer responded and found that
all water covers in the area on the
north side of Long Street had been
removed and scattered along with
the cover to one electrical box. All
were replaced.
