Of- ricer seized sign. 6:47 p.m. - Caller reported that a juvenile was shooting arrows at a tree, 1300 block of Sunset. Officer contacted juvenile and counseled juvenile on city ordinance, which prohibits shooting arrows. 10:39 p.m. - Caller reported finding a pit bull abandoned at San- key Park. Officer contacted owner of vehicle, who al- lowed a search. Stepping Into Fall Winner Stepping Into Fall organiz- ers Nancy Patton, right and Christy Keeney congratulate Dyann McCollum of Lilies and Lovelies, who won the Best Window Display award. Par- ticipants in the event, held Oct. 12-13, visited some or all of 26 participating local businesses and got a "passport" punched in each one, which qualified the passport holder to win awards and attend an awards event and dance held at the Veterans Club.
