Report taken for theft of about $100 in metal. 10:10 a.m. - Caller reported a group of children with a fire below the old Water Treatment Plant. Of- ricer contacted juveniles, warned them for the fire and advised them to return to school. 11:08 a.m. - Rebecca Char- lene Fox, 15, taken into custody for third-degree theft of $22.15 in items and minor in possession of alcohol and Erica Renee Driver, 14, taken into custody for third- degree theft of $12.11 in items and third-degree criminal mischief, 621 Main St., Thriftway. 11:59 a.m. - Caller reported someone cashed a $200 check from her account without permis- sion, 1300 block of Sunset. Report taken. 1:36 p.m. - Officer assisted with fire behind the Point Restau- rant off Riggs Hill Road. Report taken for second-degree arson. A shack and quarter acre were burned. Oct. 7 5:50 a.m. - Multiple call- ers reported an alarm going off at Hawthorne School, 3205 Long St. Officer responded and located two unsecured doors. Doors secured. 1:11 p.m. - Ivy Lee Henry, 43, cited for speeding, 51-35, Pleasant Valley and Main. 2:21 p.m. - Caller reported that her solar lights were stolen from her yard during the night, 1300 block of Quince. Report taken for theft of four lights valued at $10. 4:38 p.m. - Shane L. Peter- son, 29, cited for speeding, 52-35, Pleasant Valley and Main. Oct. 6 10:23 p.m. - Daryl Wayne Bums, 52, cited for driving while suspended. 11:27 p.m. - Brandin Martin Hugley, 25, cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Skyline Inn parking lot. Oct. 5 10:01 a.m. - Andrew W. Ber- glund, 33, cited for speeding, 48- 35. 11:29 a.m.- Tahali Rose Rob- bins, 16, taken into custody for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 1900 Kalmia St. Trans- ported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention. 1:06 p.m. - Brittany Nicole Killion, 24, turned herself in on a warrant for negotiating a bad check, 1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released. 2:59 p.m. - April Ann Stone, 35, cited for no license, failure to carry proof of insurance and driv- ing uninsured, 18th and Main. 4:39 p.m. - Rebecca Charlene Fox, 15, and Eva Ada-Mae Barrett, 15, taken into custody for third-de- gree theft and minor in possession of alcohol, 1540 Main St., Safe- way. All items recovered. Both re- ferred to Juvenile Department and released to parents. 8:40 p.m. - Kathy Ann Law- rence, 46, cited for driving while suspended, failure to carry proof of insurance and driving uninsured, rear parking lot of Mr. Lucky's, between 12th and 13th avenues. 9:38 p.m. - Caller reported an intoxicated juvenile trying to pick a fight with her nephews, 2200 block of Harding Street. He was last seen walking behind the grandstands at Husky Field with three other juve- niles. Another caller reported that a male subject had tried to assault his son. While officer was en route to location, medics were dispatched for an unconscious juvenile, who was possibly assaulted, at Husky Field. Medics transported the ju- venile to Samaritan Lebanon Com- munity Hospital. Investigation continuing. 9:52 p.m. - Caller reported a male subject in the ditch in front of her residence. Officer contacted male subject, who had a pillow and blanket and had decided he wanted to sleep there. Male went home. 11:19 p.m. -Cody Ray Guth- fie, 24, cited for driving while sus- pended and failure to carry proof of insurance. Oct. 4 1:51 p.m. - Frank Joe Jove, 65, cited for operating a motorcy- cle without an endorsement, 3100 block of Main. 4:52 p.m. - Kymberly Karina Giegle, 45, cited for driving unin- sured, Hilltop Market parking lot. 6:29 p.m. - Caller reported that his wallet was stolen out of his vehicle while he was in the store, 1540 Main St., Safeway. Report taken for theft of $20 in value. Oct. 3 12:18 a.m. - Leesa Joanne Perdue, 37, cited for driving while suspended, 44th and Main. 4:40 a.m. - Caller reported that a male hit her and bit her, 1530 Tamarack St., Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Report taken. 6:51 a.m. - Caller reported that someone broke into his back- yard and stole about $100 in prop- erty, 2200 block of Nandina. Re- port taken.
