Officer responded, report taken for second-degree burglary and first- degree theft. Items taken were unknown and approximate value not established at time of report. Sept. 15 12:50 a.m. - Lacey Marie- Nicole Davidson, 33, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to comply on possession of controlled substance after officer located her while on patrol. 1540 Main St. (Safeway). Booked, transported to Linn County Jail. 2:02 a.m. - Brandin Martin Hugley, 25, arrested on Linn County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines) and cited for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) within 1,000 feet of a school. Mountain View and 22d Avenue. Booked, cited and released. 8:36 a.m. - Caller reported that someone ripped out all of the plants in front of the South Santiam Salon, 1252 Main St. Officer responded and noted information. 11:25 a.m. - Caller reported that a male in a black Honda with neon green bumpers tried to run him off the roadway as he was eastbound on Highway 20 from Liberty Road. Officer responded and located male subject who was mad because someone had stolen from him. He did not wish to file a report and was advised to keep the noise down. Later in the day, at 6:20 p.m., a caller reported the male was yelling again. Officers responded, contacted him and warned him for disorderly conduct, telling him that if police had to respond again that day he would be arrested. 4:16 p.m. - Caller reported someone broke into a property she is responsible for in the 600 block of 2 Avenue and stole some items. Report taken for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Approximate loss was estimated at $800. Caller did not want to pursue any charges but requested extra patrol in area. 4:29 p.m. - Randy Lee Carper, 53, cited for endangering a child passenger, 22 and Ironwood, after traffic stop at that location. 5:18 p.m. - Susan Jean Star, 51, arrested for driving while suspended. Booked, cited and released. 12th and Main. 7:36 p.m. - Tulsa Blue Harden, 21, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree theft charge. Booked, cited and released. Harden also arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in a contempt case. Booked, cited and released. 11:39 p.m. - Gabriel Frank Grajiola, 28, arrested for second- degree theft relating to the alleged theft of a purse on Sept. 11, 1501 Main St. Grajiola also arrested for second-degree criminal mischief stemming from incident in which two tires were slashed at 1306 Main St. on Sept. 11. Sept. 14 8:54 a.m. - Caller reported that his vehicle had been broken into, 2000 block of Long Street. Officer responded, took report for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Approximate value of items taken was $400. 3:08 p.m. - Caller reported that male inside city library was looking at inappropriate pictures on his laptop. At time of the call he was in front of the library, still on his laptop. Report taken. 7:50 p.m. - Carl Edwin Bengtson, 62, cited for violation of posted speed - 40 in a 25 zone- 12 and Main St. Sept. 13 2:04 p.m. - Caller reported seeing a juvenile cougar walking west on the railroad tracks towards Wiley Creek in the 53rd Avenue area of Foster. Officers checked the area extensively but were unable to locate any cougars. Foster School was advised. 3:22 p.m.'- Caller reported damage done to her car the previous night, 1300 block of Main Street. No details. Officer responded and took report. Damages estimated at approximately $250. 7:02 p.m. - Manuel Lovato, 50, arrested on two counts of felony domestic violence-strangulation and menacing, 1530 Tamarack St. Booked and lodged at Linn County Jail. Sept. 12 2:41 p.m. - Caller reported theft of enclosed cargo trailer with personal property inside, taken within the past few weeks from 700 block of 4 Avenue. Value $2,200. Report taken. 5:22 p.m. - Caller reported returning to house she is painting in 500 block of 14th Avenue and finding someone had broken in, and water damage. Report taken for first-degree burglary. Sept. 11 10:49 a.m. - Scotty Ed Klein, 38, taken into custody for a warrant stemming out of a Sweet Home PoLice Department investigation of a domestic violence assault that al- legedly occured on Aug. 14; 2415 E. Harding. Sept. 10 12:38 a.m. - Caller reported heating gunfire behind the Cedar Shack on the railroad tracks. Officer responded. Unable to locate anything suspicious. 10:38 a.m. - Caller reported that someone accessed caller's bank account and withdrew more than $1,500, 4300 block of Long. Officer contacted caller. It is occurring out of country, and the bank is reimbursing and investigating. 11:19 a.m. - Caller reported a male subject came to Northside Park and appeared to be taking notes. He identified himself as an Albany police officer but made odd statements regarding crimes. A detective contacted the subject, who denied identifying himself as a police officer. He was warned for conduct. 1:40 p.m. - Anglene Marree Moore, 35, arrested for harassment, criminal mischief and hit and run, property, in connection to an incident the previous night,1950 Main St., Sweet Home Police Department. Cited and released. Sept. 9 3:01 p.m. - Caller reported his bicycle stolen, 1300 block of Sunset. Report taken. Value was about $15. 5:20 p.m. - Jamie Elizabeth Geiger, 27, cited and released in field on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree theft and David Deryk Herron, 33, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply on original charge of driving under the influence, See Safety, page 11
