Morgan Fire at Overhead Door Smoke hangs over Overhead Door, which is closing down, while firefight- ers arrive at the scene, 1400 18th Avenue. They were called out at 12:37 p.m. on Monday. The fire started when salvagers were cutting through bolds and sawdust in a blower pipe igniting causing a flue-fire effect• Four engines and 14 personnel from Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District responded. The fire caused heat damage among the rafters of the building. Vehicle impounded. 10:40 p.m. - James Dean Weedmark Jr., 45, cited for driving _uninsured, Shell parking lot. Sept. 4 2:08 p.m. - Brandin Martin Hugley, 25, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to comply and failure to appear, 3681 Green River Road. Transported to Lebanon Police Department. 10:41 p.m. - Caller reported seeing two cougars on rodeo grounds near 40th Avenue• A short time later, it sounded like a dog was attacked. Officer patrolled the area and saw an animal running into the woods south of the rodeo grounds. 11:51 p.m. - Dell Louis Hutson, 53, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charge of driving under the influence, Holley Heights Loop. Report taken. 8:15 p.m. - Caller reported that her boyfriend was trashing her vehicle and she needed someone there now, 41200 block of Upper Calapooia. Deputy responded, the incident wilt be submitted to the district attorney for review. 8:22 p.m. - Caller reported that a 2-year-old child was bitten in the face by a dog, 4900 block of Mimosa Circle• Medics responded and evaluated child• Parents transported child to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital• Dog was quarantined. Slide repair work Repair work is constrict- ing traffic on Highway 20 east of Sweet Home this week. The Oregon Department of Transportation began work on a sunken grade caused by a slide area at milepost 55.5 on Monday. Work will continue through on Highway 20 Friday, Sept. 14, between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. Flaggers are controlling traffic and motorists should anticipate 10- to 20-minute delays.
