Photos by Scott Swanson Green and Gold Game Aug. 24 Sweet Home's football pro- gram will hold its Green and Gold Game at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at Husky Stadium. The Green and Gold Game is the team's inter-squad scrimmage. Admission is $2. A barbecue dinner fund-raiser for the program and will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. Bring a lawn chair, sit on the track and enjoy the event. The meal, which costs $5, includes a choice of hot dogs, burg- ers, a drink, chips and a cookie. Cheer all-stars Sweet Home cheerleaders, from left, Mikayla Crompton, Mariah Morneault, Breanna Froemke, Taylor Thorpe and Natalie Thorpe, here with Coach Amber Rosa, were among 11 cheerleaders representing the East Team at the East-West Shrine All-Star Game in Baker City Aug. 4. They were cho: sen based on their athletics and coaches' recommendations.-Cheerleaders named to the 1A/2A/3A/4A All-State team automatically got invited. Rosa coached the east Team.
