10:56 a.m. - Caller reported
that someone entered his unlocked
vehicle during the morning, and the
face of his stereo was taken, 1600
block of Fir. Approximate value
was $70.
3:03 p.m. - Caller reported
someone broke into her house in the
past week and stole approximately
$1,000 in items, 1300 block of
Quince. Report taken.

original charge of driving under the
influence and new charges of third-
degree escape and resisting arrest,
1200 block of Nandina.
2:28 p.m. - Multiple callers
reported a manhole cover knocked
out of place by traffic in the
intersection of Main and 18th,
Creating a hazard. Officer responded
and replaced manhole cover. Public
Works repaired manhole cover.
2:33 p.m. - Addison Joel
Settle, 26, cited for no seatbelt and
failure to carry proof of insurance,
1200 Long.
3:21 p.m. - Kevin Holtsclaw,
32, arrested for third-degree
theft and second-degree criminal
trespass, 1530 Main St., Santiam
Drug. Cited and released. Item
valued at $1.99 was recovered.
8:13 p.m. - Caller reported
a transient camp set up on the
walking trail behind Oak Heights
Elementary. Officer responded and
contacted a male, who was advised
he could not have a camp set up
there. The male said he would pack
up in the morning.
8:33 p.m.. -. Caller reported
a missing mlnmture dirt bike,
3200 block of Main. Report taken
for theft of bike valued at about
$300.
10:02 p.m. - Caller reported
that his son had stabbed himself in
the chest, 4200 block of Long. Male
taken into protective custody on a
police officer hold and transported
to Samaritan Lebanon Community
Hospital for treatment of a stab
wound to the chest.

on building again, 1358 Main St.,
Cut Loose Salon. Report taken.
