She was a Catholic since she was 8 years old. She en- joyed reading, drawing, paint- ing and knot wood painting, l She was well loved and will be missed. Mrs. Kroker is survived by an adopted daughter, Elizabeth Tate of Sweet Home; a brother, Robert Lee Folsom of Sweet Home; and nieces and nephews Ron and Jes- sica Harderson, and Christina and Lee Harders0n. Sandra Windom Jan. 10, 1947 - June 12, 2012 Sandra Lynn Morgan Win- dom, 65, of Sweet Home died June 12, 2012. She was born Jan. 10. 1947 in Long Beach, Calif. to Robert James and Betty Jeanne (Ducolo) Morgan. She came to Sweet Home from Long Beach in No- vember of 1979. She tended bar at several lo- cal taverns and worked a short time at Wal- Mart. Mrs. Windom was a collec- tor and enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping and gardening. She loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Randy Simpson of Long Beach, Calif. and Ryan Savolt of Sweet Home; daughters Wendy Ramos of Bakersfield, Calif. and Jennifer Thompson of Sweet Home; mother Betty (Betty Boop) Zweifel of San Luis Obispo; brothers Tom Mor- gan, Terry Morgan and Tim Mor- gan; and eight grandchildren: Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements. Leon Weathers Feb. 6, 1940 - June 15, 2012 Leon D. "Pete" Weathers, 72, of Sweet Home died June 15, 2012. He was born Feb. 6, 1940 in Salem to Leonard and Ruth (An- derson) Weathers. He attended Sweet Home and Crawfordsville schools. He married Lonita M. Butenschoen on FeK 1, 1960 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Mr. Weathers worked at Wil- lamette Industries for 43 years, his final job as a glue mixer. After his retirement he en- joyed building cars, especially en- gine machine work, and restoring older cars. He loved baking, horses and making puppets for church. He is survived by his wife Lonita Weathers of Sweet Home; children Sandy and son-in-law Jerry Smith, Shirley and son-in- law Randy Manning, Steven and daughter-in-law Charity Weathers, and Anita Weathers Cobleigh, all of Lebanon; sisters Ellen and brother- in-law Glenn Fox of BC, Canada, Barbara Tipton of Salem, Susan and brother-in-law Dick Paridee of Independence; numerous nieces and nephews; 15 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Jerry. A funeral service is planned for 1 p.m. Friday, June 22, at the Church of the Nazarene in Sweet Home.
