Lee Purcell, arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, 1266 15th Ave., Wells Fargo parking lot. While on patrol, an officer located a stolen vehicle from Eugene.
