Smith, 16, referred to Juvenile
Department for minor in
possession of tobacco, Clark Mill
and Green River.
4:03 p.m. - Savannah
Kaylynn Nunn, 19, cited for
failure to use safety belt, 10th and
Dogwood.

3:33 a.m. - Caller reported
that her son's vehicle was just
stolen, 1500 block of 52nd. He
chased the subject who took it.
He was able to locate the car, but
keys to two vehicles were taken.
Officer took report.
8:13 a.m. - Caller reported
that several tenants' vehicles were
entered during the night, 5300
block of Poplar. Report taken for
two counts each of unauthorized
entry into a motor vehicle, third-
degree criminal mischief and
third-degree theft.
1:43 p.m. - Caller reports
roommate's tires were slashed
during the night, 5300 block of
Poplar. Officer took report for
second-degree criminal mischief.
3:29 p.m. - Donna Marie
McDowell, 46, cited for speeding,
60-45, Main and 44th.
6:09 p.m. - Caller reported
what sounded like gun shots on
Ames Creek near the bridge.
Officer responded and listened.
Was unable to locate.

10:28 a.m. - Everett Stanton
Rynda, 40, cited for failure to
wear seatbelt. Main and 15th.
4:59 p.m. - Two-vehicle
crash, Highway 228 and First.
Drivers were Martha Ann
Turnbull, 77, and Jennifer Lue
Cross, 31. Turn'bull transported to
Samaritan Lebanon Community
Hospital by medics for evaluation.
Vehicles cleared from roadway.

theft of bicycle, 1300 block of
45th. Fresh tracks led away from
the location. Report taken.

suspended, driving uninsured,
failure to use seatbelt and open

that someone broke in through the
back door and took a flat screen

One transported to hospital in crash
Emergency crews and witnesses gather around damaged vehicles in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of
Higlway 228 and First Avenue blocking the highway Friday afternoon. The crash was reported at 4:59 p.m.
Vehicles were driven by Martha Ann Turnbull, 77, and Jennifer Lue Cross, 31. Turnbull was transported to Sa-
maritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics for evaluation. Sweet Home police issued no citations.
